All drivers must run at the specified weights and horsepower settings provided by GTMSA for each round. Horsepower and/or weight settings are adjusted for competitive reasons each round based on finishing positions from previous rounds.

I'm gone again from Thursday through Sunday, so I have to finish my races early. I just finished GTS, and it was not a very good race. :yuck: I went into gravel traps four or five times of my own accord, and got pushed off the track and into a half-spin by the stupid McLaren to lose about five seconds. :irked: Luckily, I didn't get a penalty for my attempt to correct the spin sending me into its side, but I'm sure it was close. This is one of my least favorite tracks in the game, anyway, so I'd be okay with a subpar finish for this race in both classes.

Edit: I've now done the LMP race and am about to submit. It was merely okay - two sand trap excursions costing a total of 7-10 seconds, AI cars that were fighting for position holding me up for a lap, and a possible bad pit strategy may have all cost me quite a bit, and I just hope I don't finish third. Thankfully, the GT-ONE was an awful lot more fun to drive at race pace than at qualifying pace, and I actually enjoyed this race when I was expecting it to be bad because of my dislike for the track.

Got my time in. A few slips off the road, but nothing too bad - better AI than in the preseason race!

I finished my Viper run. It went fairly smooth, with a few slight slides off track, and a penalty because of that blasted Panoz braking too early. Still, I was at least able to get ten laps out of the tires. Lap 10 was always a bit slippery, but not too slow. I don't know my work schedule for tomorrow, so I may not be able to race the Bentley. I have zero time today.

I wasn't able to complete my Bentley race in time :(

Wow, I really am crap at this track. :yuck: I just hope that third isn't the usual race result for LMP, and that I normally have a little more breathing room than seven seconds in GTS. :scared:

I didn't think I would even be close. What with the extra pit, 20 sec penalty, driving AT and being a member of AARP, LOL.

Well, not that it matters now but I just ran this race in the Camaro for a total time of 50:11.384, 4 stops, and a fast time of 1:40.348. I started out on the Hard tires and moved to the mediums for the rest of my stints. No fuel until the last stop, ended up with 0 bars left at the finish.

Fun race, I really enjoyed the last 3 corners. See everyone in Round 2!
