Error 774

Hello chaps.

Slight problem. Whenever I go to join or friends try to join my lounge we always get a 774 error " Entry was refused due to network incompatibility".

Anyone got any suggestions or help to overcome this?

PS I'm fine joining on-line races using the standard method.

I configured a virtual DMZ (every port open in both directions) on the DSL-Router for the PS3-IP-Address.
After this change it worked.
Maybe a bit unsafe...

Thats a weird one. Try checking UPnP is enabled on the PS3 and on the router. I have this problem occassionally but I have both enabled so it is a bit weird.

I was able to solve this by turning off the PS3 and modem.
Then turning on modem and letting it start up till fully operational.
Then turning on PS3 and connecting to same fiend that was unable to connect in the first case.
Hope this helps.

This happened to me, we got around it by having me(who couldn't get in) host the room and then the others joined.
