How far have you gotten?

What car did you start with?

I'm done with the first 3 stages. Favorite cars are the R32 Golf, and the AE86 Levin. SRD-AN11 is a cool car too.
I started with the AE85 Trueno, which is a beast in the hands of a veteran. (Beat that 350z with it and got the Julius Cup on day 6)

Yeah. The only part that is difficult is if you want to read the in game BBS and MAIL. They show a storyline and character progression. Some people are into that, some aren't. I can show some screenshots of what the menus look like if you want me to.

So the e-mails don't need to be understood to progress in the game? That's all I care about, storyline can be done without.

Got it. Started with an AE85 then bought a 135PS '86. Now at 169PS. Haven't had much time to play it more.

Nice garage! Did you place the stickers on the Levin86 or did it come like that?

As you progress through the game sponsors become available. Those are stickers from various sponsors, so no the cars don't come like that.

Hey, Seito4Counter

You seem to have progressed some way into the game, any chance you could tell me what to do next?

OK, so I have an '86 fully modified and also a Cooper S. I've completed all the races I can in the category race and I have beaten all the cars in the night battles, including the Fairlady and Orange Lover's S2000 - what happens next?

How do I find a car to compete in the 'Monster weight' competitions and the 'V' race? I'm guessing it has something to do with 'Remodel Shop', does it?

Help me please

Ah, this is an easy question. 1: To proceed to the next stage you need to beat a 'yellow' oppenent called a 'Slasher' which unlocks more races. (I think you knew that)
2: Remodel Shop, is like remodel your gaurage. You can have more cars, and have more prestige, meaning sponsors, and more fans. To do monster weight races, you need a heavy car, like the skyline. That's all that means.
To do a V race you need a car with a V engine. Hope that helped.. If you need it, I can make a video to explain.

Funny thing is, as soon as I posted on this thread, I went back to the game, checked all my backlog of emails and the BBS, got in the Mini and went to the night parking area. Lo and behold, there was a Mitsubishi FTO that I'd never seen before. I raced it, won, and unlocked the other two levels. I'm currently modifying an S13 - boy does that baby slliiiiidddeeee!

EDIT: And yes, KB2 IS the game with the D1 cars.

Ive got that game too. And i have 2 sponsors:
-'BlowOff'
-'AutoReiffen'

But i dont have their decals on my cars

. (and ive updated my 86 engine with sponsor parts, but i still cant see decals on my car)How to put them? How to find them ? :rolleyes:

Go to parts (where you would equip your own parts) then go to dress up, and decals. It should then give you a choice between sponsor decal, and other decals.

2. Can someone plz help me with this game. I got it yesterday, and i was playing it, but whenever i try to drift or even just go into a hairpin, my car skids rite into the wall. Is there any drift techniques that u are supposed to use??? :confused:

Also, if it helps, i'm using the Levin AE85.
