Hi everyone I was browsing through other forums and found this Liberty City! Click here! Watch te videos, it shows someone fly to liberty city using the jetpack. You can even explore liberty city, not just marcos bistro! Makes me wonder, why would rockstar include all of liberty city?

It's not all of Liberty City. From those videos it just looks like most of Portland is there. They probably modelled it to provide background buildings and stuff for the cut scenes. I can't remember what's visible in the background in that mission cutscene though. If you can't see much buildings and stuff in the background of that scene then they may have editted stuff out for the final cut.
