Viewing your T1 & T2 Lap Time Splits:

Submission:

All submissions must be sent by PM (Subject title: GTP_WRS Week 13 Submission ) to (Sphinx):

  • you can submit only once
  • please include in your submission PM your division, GTP_Tag and final lap time
  • the deadline is Monday 02 February 11:59 pm GMT
  • if you are unsure of the deadline try this site

Why Use GMT?:
GMT is World Time and the basis of every world time zone which sets the time of day and is at the centre of the time zone map. GMT sets current time or official time around the globe. Most time changes are measured by GMT. Although GMT has been replaced by atomic time (UTC) it is still widely regarded as the correct time for every international time zone.
Time verification:

Save your ghost replay and keep it at least a full two weeks after the event's deadline:

  • Racers ,named by the OLR Admin staff, (if any) will be required to submit a replay for verification
  • any submitted time is subject to a time verification request
  • when a time verification has been requested, the concerned racer must provide the correct replay within seven days of the request
  • failure to do so will result in the removal of the unverified submission from the results table
  • video replays are not accepted as a form of verification

Good luck

I had no 512BB yet so I thought I'd get a panda coloured one.
- Controlling that supercharged beast with pad is just painfull.
- Wheelspin everywhere  (4/5 acceleration or full are only choises I have :( )
+ The supercharger sounds great 👍
+ The splits don't really tell how fast one is since they stop before middle of the track.

First splits after 10 laps:

T1 10.914
T2 31.636

Controlling that supercharged beast with pad is just painfull.... The supercharger sounds great.

Supercharged? The 512BB has a normally aspirated flat 12... the 2nd B in the BB stands for boxer.

Lovely car to drive :)

Looks like fun. I should get enough time to have a go at this. School starts again this week so my performances on GT5P may drop.

I like eiger nordwand reverse, but i've never driven this car. This should be interesting.

Hi all back from a break over Xmas and New Year.

Nice combo:tup:

First run.

T1 11.363
T2 31.792

Had some good fun so far although I don't think i'll be competitive in my Division in this one. :grumpy:

First run

T1-10.783
T2-30.390

Not completely happy with my lap. A couple of big sideways moments.

This is a very frustrating combo I think. Back always wants to overtake the front.

Had a quick go on my lunch break, very nice combo this week 👍

T1 10.750
T2 30.655

Up to T2 let me down, must remember not to drift the bend after tunnel, apart from one corner up the hill, pretty much nailed final sector. Looking forward to doing somemore and pushing the fast guys to faster times :)

# In-Race RA Functions: Optional (if available)

Is this the quick tune set-up?

No, its something that DFPGT users can use, but you can also make it work on your G25 and other wheels probably, it allows you to tweak setting in race, like brake bias, dampers, and the variable center diff (front rear torque distribution), as well as adjusting driving aids. In time trials most of the stuff is greyed out so you can't take advantage of it though.

11.105
31.568

May have to wean myself off the TC for this one, it's a killer in the hairpins.

Some 4WD cars you can adjust the power to the front or rear.
Though I have only seen it work in a world online event with the GTR.

I think PD realised its unfair, so they limited its use since. You can't use it much in time trails anymore.

Very claustrophobic after Daytona.
First laps this evening.

Edit:
2nd session

T1 10.889
T2 30.982

New leaderboard coming up first thing in the morning - right after walking the dog :) Good luck to all in the treacherous swiss mountains 👍 I hope I'll be able to submit a good, clean and not-too-slow lap this week

First attempt

10:736
30:427

10:714
30:398

I can see loads of time all over that lap, letting the tail hang out a bit too much :D.

Can see plenty of time on that lap too.

I really thought I would be way behind, given that Im not keen on RWD type cars but not so bad by the looks of things,

11.145
31.541

Practice needed on this one me thinks !!

At least there's no muppet AI to run you off the track this week :sly:

Remind me to never take an 512 to Eiger, I'm sure I can't afford the repairs.
I do like this combo though. 👍
It's a blast to hang the rear end out there once in awhile. :mischievous:
Good times, good times. :D

First splits.

11.193
31.389

My first session consisting of around 20 laps:

T1: 0'11.115
T2: 0'31.443

First session with a clean lap:
T1: 10.739
T2: 30.853

I'm not getting the hairpins right yet and I think I can make up a lot of time there still.

First attempt

Yet I found I couldn't get the tail out!
