Yeah, I'm well happy with that overall.... lack of consistency cost me 0.6 in T1 and T2 but 5th overall and another D2 podium I'll take any day over no result. Glad I took part and learned alot about rallying this week.

aaagggghhh. Can't believe I missed submission deadline after putting so much effort in this week. Leaving submitting till as late as possible was not a good idea, friend visits, get talking,lose track of time, forget to submit.

That's the second Grand Tour event that I've golded because of the WRS. It's crazy how much faster I was this time around. We need to do the Lambo event sometime so I can take care of that one too. Congrats to all the division winners and podium finishers.

Strange week, though.. Couldn't manage a podium in Div 2, but would have in Div 1.

My thinking was that rally is off road anyhow, and to keep participation up on a rally week, I needed to make things a little easier, so that finding a fast and clean lap wasn't too difficult.

Everyone is of course entitled to their opinion, just wanted you to know where I was coming from.

Thankzz Little and I just worked out what he was doing that was sloppy and stressed the importance of line control and selection. It was a great lesson in the conservation of energy. The more momentum that you carried the less work you had to do to get back up there. He has such determination to try and catch me that its all I can do to keep him calm. The total secret weapon to finding that extra 10%, Ice water in your veins.

I actually thought you could possibly have had me, had an absolute pearler of a T3, averaged about 166/167 down there. But gave away 0.5 in T2 and was actually 0.2 behind you guys on the last submission. Zoky might even be jealous of this T3, we'll see

Onwards to week 11, going to be even more fun. Don't know the track, bad at tuning and a handful of a car. Keep mixing it up 👍

Now I know the two corners I lost all the time in. Rest of the lap was pretty much spot on. Just curious, I was trying the shortshift into 5th in T1 but just before the crest (Idea was to use toque to pull me up the hill). Seems like you wait until just going down the hill to shortshift, or right up the top of the crest. Is it that the torque pulls you down the hill faster better than up the hill?

Here's my PAL replay. Was my best T3 of the week. I went much better in T1 a couple of times, but not sure how really. Hopefully Nizzy won't be too disappointed with my pseudo podium run!!
