Steward's Comments:
I've shown restraint by waiting this long before putting up this combo. This is literally the first thing I did when I loaded GT5 in my PS3. For those of you who don't know, I own a 2010 Challenger R/T Classic in Plum Crazy Purple, as shown below. Since we are running in arcade mode, you are unfortunately limited to 4 colors. You won't be able to take advantage of the rainbow of current and classic Mopar Colors on display. I chose the N3 tires because they provide the most realistic interpretation of the driving experience my car provides. If you don't like how it drives on them, don't buy one of these. ;)

Viewing your T1, T2 & T3 Lap Time Splits:

  • You need to make sure you save the 'Save Best Lap Replay' (ghost replay), not the 'Save Replay'.

  • To view your best lap replay, go to 'My Home' and watch the replay from there using the 'Replay Theater' option.
  • While Viewing Your Replay, Choose the "Live Timing Monitor" To View Your Sector Times
  • To post your T1 and T2 Splits, simply post the sector times that are shown in the live timing monitor.
  • The WRS Fetchbot has been updated and will now add your splits together!

Most time changes are measured by GMT. Although GMT has been replaced by atomic time (UTC) it is still widely regarded as the correct time for every international time zone.

Time verification:

Save your ghost replay and keep it at least a full two weeks after the event's deadline:

  • Racers, named by the OLR Admin staff, (if any) will be required to submit a replay for verification
  • Any submitted time is subject to a time verification request
  • When a time verification has been requested, the concerned racer must provide the correct replay within seven days of the request
  • Failure to do so will result in the removal of the unverified submission from the results table
  • Video replays are not accepted as a form of verification

Amazing restraint, Kevin. Can't wait to thrash your car on this track! 👍

My God this might be the best one yet.
I like the spin off the GT5P week ;)

Have you lapped your car here IRL? (@Laguna)

I'm guessing normal soft means comfort soft? Not to make any mistakes here.

Spun 3 times in a row at the corkscrew, then got a couple of laps in. :)

T1: 26.160
T2: 24.692
T3: 21.641

Yeah, I'll fix that.

All you have to do is wait until he's asleep, and then ask a lot of questions!! It's worked for 15 weeks and counting!!:sly:

Missed you guys this morning, guessing you were getting ready for Indy? ;)

I was ready, but since no one showed up, I've been running week 15. Over 700 miles today alone, and I'm still not done! :dopey: The Rolex Series is in town, so I know Kenny's been at the track, and Jake has his girlfriend with him. I settled for my dog, some beer, and WRS! :)

This looks like fun, I hope to put a lot of miles in this week, at least until I leave town Saturday.

Well I guess team USA will have to defend the home front from all the visitors to sunny California :), this is one of my two home tracks and I will have to go the extra mile to show that there is a some kind of home field advantage.

or not.......

Good luck everyone 👍

Go Lefty!! 👍
It would be a good week for another Father-Son team to top the handicap board, with maybe a division win. Do you know any teams available? 💡

I love Laguna Seca but the juries out on the car at the moment. Please dont hit me EDK!

I was wondering when you were going to have a combo that Incorporated your pride & joy. :sly:👍

"juries" should be jury's.

"dont" should be don't

**Considers infraction for lazy grammar**

;)

Some slow splits to report:
T1: 26.311
T2: 24.915
T3: 21.388

Starting to like this beast. More laps tomorrow!

Didn't think I would like this combo, especially with N3 tyres, but after a good 10 or so laps, I'm starting to enjoy it. Not as fast as last week, but at least I can work on less smoking of the tyres. Nice one Kev:tup:

T1: 26.456
T2: 24.900
T3: 21.298

Should be interesting on Comfort tyres, I will probably get time to have a crack what with not having a job and all after my company closed. At lest there's no backwards tuning to worry about.

Sorry to hear that, Paulie.

Me and my dad were battling back and forth playing bottle caps to get me to my first times for this until I get out of school next week.

T1: 26.501

I hope the rear tires smoke like the fronts on the civic, as I have not driven this car yet.
But I love when they have to smoke to go the fastest. :)

Sorry guys, but I am really starting to enjoy this combo:)
