Replay Checking:

I have to wonder how many times Poolhaas and DigitalBaka can be on the top of the handicapped results, excellent weekly improvements.

Agreed - Matt and I were speculating a 44.2 might win it, but both Yanaran and Twissy were under that. Amazing...

Congrats to all division winners and podium placers. Notably to Kristoph (GTP_poolhaas) - that's an excellent time there my friend and well into D2 territory 👍 I also think Yanaran's performance was very impressive as you don't often see a -0.4 handicap from a D1 pilot

Thanks also to Wes and everyone else that posted their settings and providing general banter that make this place a nice escape from real life.

I'm happy to be back on the podium again for the first time since week19. At one point I did have dilusions of grandeur and thought I might sneak a division win, but they soon evaporated and panic set in as Ash, Max and Jack all went faster. Fortunately, my 36.235 in T3 seems to have been faster than their's so bought me back into contention

I have to wonder how many times Poolhaas and DigitalBaka can be on the top of the handicapped results, excellent weekly improvements.

I plan on staying there for as long as I can. At this point I am amazed my own self. Glad to have that one behind me if I'm honest. Very tough chasing down the tenths when starting at the back of that ugly thing. Again, learned some things thanks to all the tips and given out so thanks all for those. Not sure what my final tune was but I did try everything this week and will probably need a chassis rebuild because of out.

Congrats to all the winners and cheers to all who made it through.

My replay is all set to go, NTSC numbered 004. Nothing close really but it is nice and ugly in a few places. I'll be looking to learn how to take the tunnels faster as well as turn 1. More learning is good!

Its so funny. You were .007 ahead of me Carlos until just before the final hour when I went only .036 lower at the line.

Like I said at least theres one thing good about my best lap my best ever T2 is in it otherwise its just ok.

Congragulations to all the winners and podium finishers. Was a tough one alot harder than I thought it would be when I first drove the Denso at Grand Valley my first lap this TT thats for sure.


Wont forget this one any time soon.

Edit: O yeah I to would like to thank everyone who shared their tunes. It made finding a setup that worked for me much easier. Tuning is quite challenging thats for sure and I wouldnt have went as fast had I tuned the car all by myself in only one week. Thank you very much.

Heres my replay, not one red tire once anywhere on the track. Thats very unusual. Its smooth at least which I like to see in my best replays. Not sure how to take T2 any quicker. Mistake thru the first corner to late on the gas, I didnt bother going wide, and a mistake exiting the T3 tunnel on the gas to early or was to wide when I got on the gas not sure which exactly,exited to wide instead of thru the middle of the road. Only two mistakes from my best possible I could do but they cost alot of time.

That's the lap that counts My fastest was a .135 but it was on the end of relatively poor T1 and T2.

Jack, I had problems extracting the files also, I used WinAce and managed to figure it out finally. We must be missing something, it shouldn't be this tricky.

Had we both achieved our 'bests' you still would have beaten me, and by a larger margin. My clean lap bests were 35.122, 33.746 and 36.135 for a theoretical 1'45.003. Note that I only bother recording sector times for clean laps.

Thanks for checking my lap out MilleRSVR and I understand what you mean about not knowing how to spot if say I happened to use Super Skid Force or whatever isnt allowed in the rules. I didnt by the way. haha Ill check winAce out. Thanks.

Vagabond that vid you posted is really nice. You drive the line extremly well. How you do it so fast I dont know. If I were to try your line exactly It wouldnt be fast for me. I did many many times...Im not surpised it was fast for you, but it always does make me scratch my head and wonder why was that always so much slower for me? lol

I'm not so sure about that, but it's kind of you to say so. However, it's easier to leave less on the track when it's not been found in the first place

Ive downloaded 7zip and extracted the replay files of both Digital Baka and MilliRSVR and I still cant get it on my PS3. Just says "there is no saved data".

Sorry guys I tried to help out with the verifying process some and perhaps one day I can figure out how to.

You have to make sure the replays are in the correct folders when you put them n the Flash Drive.

Main Folder is "PS3", sub-flder is "SAVEDATA" and the Replay folder that starts with "BCUS" is in the SAVEDATA folder.

This should be in Unzipped form on the flash drive. Without that path, the system doesn't know where to look for the files.

Edit: Im making some headway. I do believe I now have Digital Bakas replay on my Ps3. Ill be darned if I can find his replay in the replay theater tho. I have run out of time. I will try again later.

Did not have the time this week to practice only had a couple of hours so couldn't really work it out it that time.. But well done to all podiums & winners will have a little more time this week to practice.. haven't had a go at this weeks combo yet but I can tell its not going to be pretty or fast

I'm happy to be back on the podium again for the first time since week19. At one point I did have dilusions of grandeur and thought I might sneak a division win, but they soon evaporated and panic set in as Ash, Max and Jack all went faster. Fortunately, my 36.235 in T3 seems to have been faster than their's so bought me back into contention

I was meant to have one hour long final session before submitting ,
but after an hour gone , I had done a 1'45.310 .
When I went to check this and found it to be dirty (only a slight corner cut but still) ,
I did 2-3 hours extra just to get a similar clean lap for submission.
