To streamline the WRS administration process, all required replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Provisional" and will become "Official" once all posted replays have been verified. After 7 days, all drivers who fail to provide a requested replay will have their lap disqualified. (Beware: disqualification isn't taken lightly within the WRS.)
Drivers who do not have a submitted lap posted in the results are not to post any information related to a laptime they might have achieved in the results thread. Any such posts will have the times removed.

Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Welldone Chris (Man that tune was something ) and congratulations on your overall win.

@Koen (GTP Kreezydoed) Man, what an entrance you made, ,taking the gold in Div 3. Eventough I tried I could not catch up with my ghost, had a fantastic last sector in my best lap wich threw me off everytime I was close... Happy with winning the handicap results again and my bronze medal in div3. (Brinominial, that was really close for second !!)

@ Stef, well deserved division win aswell, going the right direction

Awsome combo this was, only a pitty I had not more time, but there is always the next one

Congrats Baron ! I knew my T4 wasn't great but even my PB would have been .04 short...way to bring it home.
I was happy to be able to compete without any shoulder issues. My hypo-golden lap was .609 so I did well. Took over 1200 miles .. yikes

Chris, you had the field covered comfortably this week, it was fun to watch your splits deep improving all week. Looks like that new seat fits you well.

Thanks alot Dan, Baron, Frank, Eddie! Nice way to finish the WRS year, although I have to admit I thought Wes had got me there at the end, so I'm also a little disappointed that he missed the submission.

Thank Wes. It was hotting up at the end there and like I said, I thought you'd got it. Its a shame you missed submitting - I relish the challenge of chasing you down but it made a (nice) change to be the one being chased all week. I'd rather have taken 2nd though if it meant you getting your submission in. I've done the same myself a few times and its a pain in the ass.

For the record this is also the most time I've spent on a combo for quite a while... about 12 hours in total and I still left a few tenths out there. Very tricky car and track to maximise so well don e everyone who survived. 👍

Looks like that new seat fits you well.

It really does. 👍 I would recommend the obutto oZone to anyone looking for a race seat on a mid-range budget. It comfortable, the seat is adjustable, not just the fame, and its absolutely rock solid, as well as having a nice accessory in the keyboard tray.

Which brings me to my next point, one I have mentioned before but I think is well worth lingering on... I dedicate this win (in particular) to my ever patient and totally wonderful missus, Jen, not only for her endless patience and even enthusiasm for my GT obsession, but the ever increasing list of things she has bought me to feed my addiction ....PS3, GT5, Fanatec GT3 wheel... then Clubsport pedals... and now an obutto cockpit. WRS wives, we salute you!

Anyway, well happy with winning the RUF cup (are you sending it via UPS Sjaak?). Happy New Year all of you and your families. Have a great year... lucky 13? Since the world didn't end...

Nice clean, correct lap. I think I figured where I was missing in T4. I was dropping to first gear. I had tried staying in second early in the week to no avail, But I never tried it again with my final setup and shift points.

I used 1st gear in the last corner, just to keep the car tight mid-corner, then short shift to 2nd on the exit. That was the quickest way I found.

I noticed that after watching the vid. I definately missed the mark as I hung on to first too long.

I would've finished just off of the podium if it wasn't for a last minute Sunday night run.When you said you had picked up .4 at the line I didn't think I would be able to keep pace with you through the last sector. Looking forward to many more weeks of racing you and the rest of the division.

I started with Chris' tune but I usually seem to have more luck if I soften it up a bit and up the LSD a touch...maybe I'm driving it wrong? Whether I stick with it or tweak it a bit for my own style, it's always a good starting point and I think all but once I saw immediate improvements in my time over what I had been using prior. Thank you for all of your tunes.

That's really nice of you to say too mate. I've loved my time at GTPlanet and joining the WRS has been the best thing I've ever done with GT so I like to try and do my bit as it were. Sharing setups and techniques etc is the least I can do really. I've certainly benefited from other people doing that in the past.

I totally agree with this, Chris is always very generous with his time, advice, tunes and videos 👍 He (along with other D1 drivers, actually) is also very modest.

The start of the new year seems also appropriate to thank all admins and stewards for their hard work in keeping this a very friendly and well organized competition

Also, as I indicated in the TT thread, my submitted time should be removed from the results. I did not have time to check my lap before submitting, as it was last minute, but it turned out to be dirty (at the chicane). Thanks.
