Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

think you have to compete in 3-5 TTs but you also have to improve consistently at that level to gain a promotion

There is a minimum of three official events to get promoted. Official means that all replays that had to be verified have been verified.

Then, of course, you have to improve your handicap. As you can see here, all subdivisions have been divided in thirds. So in your case, if you improve to a handicap below 3.000 you'll get promoted. The next target after that will be 2.666 ans so on.

I'd say you are on target with a handicap of 2.859 this week 👍

Edit, never could get close to your transmission settings (follwed what you said), not sure what i was doing wrong. So I just used your tune on the transmission settings I was using. I even tried on a new car, where the settings were never adjusted, and still could not figure out how to set up your transmission

Glad it helped it's one of my favourite cars and spent many months setting the car up especially happy with the aero balance

Happy with my showing. I had a panic attack in the last sector. Lost 0.3 there alone, but was a late run after finding that my earlier laps were not clean. Way too careful there. Still wouldn't have been division podium. Some great times on the board.

Well I probably should have given more time to it. Lost the whole weekend looking after my cat. Secomd week in a row you up me on the last split. It' becoming a habit as I told you before

I was very tempted to do another race report for the D3 close finish but it's time consuming and I got some other work I need to get done. Here are at least some quick comments:

Napalm_LT:

Great speed through turn 1, nice late apex on the exit from the Arena. Nice smooth lines and good throttle control. In fact throttle control won you the race by getting on the accelerator earlier on the exit from Stowe.

Pretty smooth for DS3. You sure used all of the road I had to rewind bunch of times to make sure you didn't leave the track Pretty early on accelerator out of most corners except for Stowe where it really made the difference

Smooth steering but a lot of struggle for traction. What happened to the braking point at Stowe? Were you still checking your T2 time?

Nice lap. Most of the time was lost at Luffield by running pretty wide line.

Wicked paintjob. Exact opposite of what Compton did at Luffield. The slide from hitting the inside curb cost you a lot of time. Very nice exit from Stowe. Still great result and huge negative handicap.

Not quite fast enough through Abbey. Great line and speed through Brooklands but followed by slower run through Luffield which was more important as it leads into a long straight. The last sector was pretty strong.

Ugh, I might have my notes mixed up. It gets confusing with real names, GTP names and PSN names. Either way the race was decided at the Stowe corner.
@Napalm_LT nailed it, you were just a bit too late getting back on the accelerator and @roamer2629 missed his braking point.
