Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

So much for me taking the first step to dress in Blue. Just have to try harder I guess. Really disappointed in my performance as I really put a lot into this one and was hoping to start a string of negative handicaps. There is just no excuse for this. I've been at this for over 5 years now, I should be making better headway than I am. Gotta say, I am really pissed right now.

Congrats to everyone else though, a job well done by everyone.

I had a look to see how far behind the winner I finished, and was pleased to see less than 2 seconds. Then I noticed the gap from first to second. Wow. Congratulations @w-g-e
I am very pleased with my result, especially with my ps3 issues.
Congratulations to everyone, and I will attempt to check some replays tonight.

Was quite a frustrating combo by the end for me.

Had 3 identical lap times but with radically different splits I just couldn't put 3 perfect sectors together.

Lap 1: t1 28.845 t2 1:16.603
Lap 2: t1 29.027 t2 1:17.003
Lap 3: t1 28.996 t2 1:16.900

All with the same result I just could not get below 1:43.745 at all But still happy I got a negative handicap .

Very happy to be on pace immediately after coming back. It was a very difficult one to get a clean and fast lap in. Well done on everyone who did and reached their goals. I hoped to put up a video on youtube but couldn't get the recorder to work. But I might try it again later this week.

I was under the impression that you were obligated to post your splits here in the thread as opposed to ninja submitting at the last minute. If that is what you are talking about, and if you are in fact not obligated to post your splits during the week, then I have to disagree with that. In my opinion, not posting any splits during the week then ninja posting on the last day is just poor sportsmanship. I'm sorry and don't mean to cause a controversy here, but just felt like posting my own personal opinion about the issue. I also bring this up because I did this very thing in GT5 not really thinking about it or with any bad intentions, and I got a stern "talking to" by a member of staff and was told to refrain from doing it again. If a Mod could post official word on this, it would be appreciated. I read the above link but didn't see anything stating one way or the other. Thanks.

There are going to be occasions where getting your final splits, or even initial splits, up on the board are not possible, but in the spirit of WRS, we like to see them. 👍

Can't get one thing - most drivers moved up some positions at the Gravitrons table and only few droped down. How it could be?
