Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays

That was a close finish @RS__96__oO 👍 Looking at my best splits a 1'46.0 /45.9 was possible , in theory at least.


I did about 700km on this TT.
The saturday's WW race refreshed my memory on how to run this track.
The first 200km I spent testing for differences between stock wing , custom wing/s and wing removal.

At that point I was running 29.5 T1's - 1'08.9 T3's with most of the wing options. I found a low and wide Small (custom) wing and wing removal to give me similar acceleration on flat and oval parts of the track.
I went for the same option I use for Triple Mix Championship. The wing removal , which makes the rear of the car look like it's from Viper GTS

I did not care to turn around for the starts and ended up running about 25 lap stints before taking a break to check the new best lap cleanliness.
After figuring out sectors 2-4 it was a matter of attacking the first cortner to carry as much speed as possible thru it and nailing the right hander before T1. Well , I didn't quite get that on my submitted lap which had ~0.2 sec slower T1 than what I had seen.

Not trying to pick on you or anything, but we did talk about the white lines being meaningless, starting here and in the next couple posts that follow that. In general, white lines are meaningless in WRS events unless the Race Specifics specifically say differently. Willow Springs comes to mind, because the line between tarmac and dirt is too blurry. But usually it's the edge of the tarmac, not the white lines.

Now, lets see who had the biggest cajones through the bus stop...ah yes, the winner of course. Great job Pekka!
