Cheers for the check Mike, I was dropping down to 2nd for turn 7 and 3rd for 11, maybe 3rd and 4th would have been quicker?

2nd for 7 (the hairpin?) was spot on I think where you lost time was 10 & 11 (the left right after Schumacher) where you went down to 3rd instead of holding 4th. I found that 4th always gave me a quicker lap but was harder to nail 👍👍

7 is the right hander before going down to the hairpin, yep i think you're right about 10 thru 12, watched a few quick laps and all held 4th.

Ah OK but still OK. I had laps with 2nd and 3rd and honestly there was nothing between them. Occasionally I felt if you could carry speed through then 3rd was better but 2nd was way easier and more consistent for me. My lap I used 2nd.

I tried with TC off but kept spinning out! I had a few more laps after watching the fast laps but didn’t improve so will try again with TC off. Biggest thing I couldn’t do was hit the late braking points the fast laps were doing in turn 1. I tried and missed the apex by a country mile! Muchos to learn.

Late braking was not the best way with turn one...you needed to prioritise turn 2 so getting the line right into and out of 1 was essential to carry speed through 2 and down to 3. Late braking into one often set you too far left meaning you struggled to get 2
