Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays

I'm actually surprised I had that quick of a time, I've been so frustrated that I thought it was just awful with all the mistakes I was making and I couldn't do any better. I struggle to see where I could've improved so here it is:

Congrats to everyone, especially those top times and those who managed to improve their handicap by a big margin!

Still bitter that I ruined the replays of some of my cleaner hotlaps with quicker unclean ones. The idea was to try and maximise my handicap to jump straight into D1B, but c'est la vie.

I almost submitted a lap that would have been a DQ coz of being marginally over at 2nd chicane entry, glad I checked coz I only had like 20 mins to spare last night and could easily have rushed to post it on the board.

Great lap. Interesting to see how well it worked maintaining 3rd gear through the first two chicanes while I took a more manic approach dropping to 1st gear and 2nd gear respectively.

Yes, that was the tightest margin in any replay I've posted here but I did check it over and over. While I believe it's just about legal I'll accept it if the stewards think differently.

I can understand the doubt. You can even see it on the face of the marshal in the background on the right.

I am normally a little obsessive about saving every time I improve, especially as it gets later in the week.

I understand getting in the groove and wanting to stay in it, but the risk you describe is what I want to avoid.

Last time we ran Tsukuba I had to throw out quite a few laps that were just too close to the edge.

I hear ya.

I'd been tagged on a DQ before and not in a very lowkey way either (I seem to recall a few full size images of the offending cut being posted in that week's thread) ... so now I always double check before I submit anything to fetchbot.

Because of how I wanted just my best lap to count and not a banker, I ended up not submitting... I want to try and maximise my 5th submission so I am at least near to the Division I feel I can achieve.

Having had a day to chill and relax, I am not fuming now and am actually not bothered over the lap as I thought . Guess it was the panic that suddenly I hit a wall in improvement as well as the paranoia of whether it was a bad lap or not.

A few things to say.. @mistersafeway what a save coming out of chicane after T1 .. Great lap! 👍
@YottaMol replay stops at 1'31.527 instead of 1'31.536 so obviously he exited too early when the lap was over ... unlucky mate
@turnupdaheat I took a few snaps at the chicane not sure they will go in your favour mate but it's super duper on the edge there.. I would have run this one again personally, It takes nothing away from your great driving skills mate as it can happen to all of us... but I think this one is a fail imo sorry! here's some snaps I took..

As I said nothing negative coming from me mate It's just my opinion on this blemish! but we will let the admins decide? cracking lap anyway mate just that little mishap 👍

Sorry @YottaMol, multiple people have been unable to verify your lap, due to a bug in the game. We recommend people watch their saved replay before deciding that the lap is submittable (as opposed to just watching the replay right after running the lap).
