Replay Checking:

  1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
  2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
  3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
  4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

Let me expand on my phone comments from last night.

This was a really tough combo to extract the time from, can't wait to see @mcsqueegy 's lap.

Well done to @Hasnain282 for rounding out the overall podium and @shoenboggie for finding the 21's.

@StanNz you really nailed this one, with a D1 time and a D2 win. And well done to @Stryker13 for finding the D2 podium and a D1 time as well.

And @SpacemanSpif hopefully the WW practice helped you to find the podium here as well.

Thanks to all who participated. We really enjoyed this combo when we tested it together a couple weekends back, but seems it was not everyone's cup of tea. Appreciate those who did turn out.

If we get some more shared replays I will do some checks tonight.

Congrats on you results guys. Bravo.

Sadly wasn't able to find the time and mind, despite really liking it when I was able to test it last Sunday.
On to the next one.

Thanks Kev.
I had a 'lightbulb' moment using hood and cockpit view. I could feel what the car was doing, after all these years, instead of bumper cam where it was like skating off ice into the sand. I even had faster sectors than the ones posted but obviously not in the fastest lap.
Hopefully it's not a one off for me and I have learned how to go faster.
Still a long way to go to be @mcsqueegy fast :). That time was insane.

GTP_McsQ - I think the push was just a little too hard

@GTP_MCSQ even a millimetre of tarmac is enough to keep it clean:)
I took a couple pics earlier of Mcsq, agree it's clean.

Furthest off point from front of drivers front tire.

And a longer range view of the different surfaces as you leave track. He is on dirty tarmac.

Apologies folks: my sailboat went back in the water last week and the sea-bass are biting in the river... I may be gone some time. On another note: I don't enjoy these challenges with heavy slow cars, but as I learn more about sim racing I'm beginning to understand that a grasp of weight transfer is essential and these are the ideal learning grounds:-) Any tutorials would be most welcome.

We so a lot of online testing and they are the perfect place to hand out tips.

Join one of our WW races and we usually practice the next week after.

I normally can give you the 2-3 things that will help you come to grips, then it's up to you to execute. ;)

Thanks, that’s kind. I’m in the UK so will have to check the time difference. Those tips would be most welcome!

We do those races at 8 pm UK time right now, and then normally do some practice/settings setup for the following events after. There's also about an hour of practice for the weekly combo before the race, so at about 7 pm UK time on Saturday.

OK: I'll try to make one of these soon:-)
