Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays
2. Once you have checked the replay, post in this thread to say that you have checked it and whether it's clean, dirty or doesn't meet the required race specifications
3. When verifying a replay, check against this weeks race specification, check that the tyres are the correct compound and that the power and weight is correct for example
4. If you are unsure about a replay, always seek a second opinion before posting

@chimeleon Sorry, but there seems to be too much power in your engine, the stock one has 235kW for me, and your replay car shows 255kW. Maybe you forgot to reset some tuning option? Would have been a clean lap otherwise.

To the stewards: Is this a black flag or a red flag?

Hi guys, Great results there 👍 Congrats to the podiums from all divisions

Unfortunate for Chimeleon with the illegal car, This is why I always buy a new car when they are really cheap to buy.. better safe than sorry! I bought 2 of these civics for this combo and the last one still has 315hp on it.. the other one degraded to 314hp, showing a fresh car has new legs and better oomph than the run in car... Anyway we all have a little hiccup here and there but will be a good learning curve for future events as once bitten twice shy as they say! Take it easy mate

Really enjoyed this event always a big fan of this track, Congrats again to all who took part 👍

When you go to Showcase and find your replay, click share and in the tags boxes you put these three words, one in each:

Unfortunately, I've made a similar mistake to chimeleon, and need my time to be disqualified....

Upon reading the comments above, I went back and checked the car in my garage, as I also used a car I'd previously driven in other races (even though I had a brand new, zero mile example there too).... and, it had a Sports computer installed... aarrrgghhh!
Sorry for the mistake... please delete my time as apparently I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed...

Lesson learnt. I've already bought a new kart for Week #17, so this won't happen again in future...

Hmm I would need to look on my block list and see if you are there.. I have blocked many names over the years but can't remember blocking yours? ah well its a possible explanation for not seeing your replay that's for sure I will look when next at my console

I also tried checking your replay but unable to find it. I tried searching using gtpwrs016 as key word and also did a manual search for it using the car model, track & event type but all I ever get are the replays of those already submitted.

@steven it’s an emote, : greenflag : (without spaces, I only know this because I tried my general “copy and paste, that’ll probably work” method, it’s not like I actually knew ). If it doesn’t work now I suspect Fetchy is mad with us.

Edit: looks like that got it. Can we maybe add the emote to the OPs in the plain thing (maybe then [/plain ] (no spaces) if I’m remembering correctly?) so it’s easier to remember what’s going on? [plain]:greenflag:

Okay, rather than edit again I’m posting a new comment as that one’s getting cluttered, sorry.

Not sure what I did wrong, but I’m pretty sure we’ve had a website revision since I learned that, and it’s been several years, and checks can about three and three quarter cans, so I’m happy it worked at all. But I’m still a wizzzard, dang it!
