Are we going to record the best times for each circuit like how IMMORTALPILOT did in his F1 championship back in GT5? It would be useful for future seasons, as that would allow us to see the banker times for each track. Unless there is a huge spec overhaul that is. So for Grand Valley, the lap record would be 1:29.356. That was attained in practice. If we were to go only by the best time set in the actual race at different tracks, then the lap record would be 1:29.801. Also, I think it would be best for the races to be x number of laps instead of a time limit. That would certainly help with pit strategy's. You could just record the average lap time and multiply that by the number that would give you 1 hour duration, and make that number the number of laps. It's quite simple, can we do that for now on? I personally would prefer 70-90 minute races, but I'm not sure if Grand Valley would be considered a high tire wear track or not, since we don't want to go over 4 stops a race.
