Has anyone had problems with Windows XP home or pro ?

Ive had a few little problems but its not realy that big of a deal.
1. my old video card (voodoo something) would not run some of the pluse screen savers. But i got that fixed with a new card (TNT2 M64).

2. All of my old tomb raider games dont work at all with XP.

3. (I think its the cable modem i have connected but) It takes forever for XP to shut down. But start up is faster than win 98.


Thats about all ive come across with XP .

I wish that I had never upgraded my Win2K Pro to XP Pro. The main loss of feature is with my ATI Radeon 8500 Dual Monitor funtionallity.

It used to be (under Win2K) that when I played VGames in Full Screen, it would show up on both monitors...really cool! Now, I have to disable the second monitor or I get some really strange artifacts...

Other than that...all seems to be well...

Oh yeah, and my sidewider controller is not recognized and I cannot get it to work!
