The newest DLC pack for Assetto Corsa Competizione, the British GT pack, will arrive on consoles later this month, on April 28.
It’s the same pack that arrived for PC back in February, and which the official British GT Esports championship has been using this year. That means players should already know what to expect from the contents.
Firstly, the pack fills in all of the circuits from the 2019 British GT championship, with Donington Park, Oulton Park, and Snetterton coming in the DLC to join the already present Brands Hatch, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, and Silverstone. Donington Park hosted two rounds of the 2019 season, both at the GP layout, after the sale and closure of the Rockingham circuit left a gap in the calendar.
Joining the new circuits will be more than 40 new liveries for vehicles appropriate to the 2019 season, including 70 new drivers who raced in the championship. That covers both the GT3 class and the GT4 class, though only the GT4s that are part of the previous GT4 Pack DLC are included; that means no Ford Mustang or Jaguar F-Type.
The British GT Pack also adds its own championship to the base game, bringing with it multi-class racing for the first time. All players can take part in the British GT championship, although only those with the British GT Pack DLC can race on the three new circuits. In addition, the ability to select GT4 cars is further limited to those with the GT4 Pack DLC, meaning the full multi-class experience is only possible for players with both DLCs.
You’ll be able to pick up the British GT Pack DLC on PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series, on April 28. Pricing isn’t yet available, though we’d expect it to be around $12.99/£10.99/€12.99.
