I had fun driving the NASCAR at Mid Field. It’s not a bad machine, and it felt rewarding nearly mastering such a heavy and powerful car.
This is a sad day. A sad day indeed.
Sure GT6 is slow in… progressing. But that does not mean there is no life in the old bugger. Look guys. Those who have played the game since GT’s inception that we only get 2 volumns per console. That is it… 2 volumns. That does not mean that the series is dead. Not by a long shot. Simply put… the players of the genre have spat out and improved racers annually but fail in many ways – continue – collectively do not match what PD has had on the table for the last 2 years.
GT may be the tortoise in the race against the hare(s). But we all sould know the results of that story. I see and understand the gripes with GT. I have mine own.
But that is no excuse to ignore the new Quick Race 350. PD even let us use our tuned car garage… and of course they could and should allow more of thses kind of events in the Quick Race menu… at one time.
The the fact that the Planet fails to announce this ‘news’ and blindly accepts a ‘GT3’ event as such just because PD says it is (actually a 600pp race car event) is as if they (the Planet) are willing to lend a hand at the demise of GT… it’s very own namesake!
Sad days indeed.
Anyone up for some 350 slingging?
Meanwhile in GT6…
Just remember somewhere in japan a game is being develop that’s why we are only getting this*. have faith

It’s like GT6 dropping dead. I hate seeing this happen to a great game. What ever happened to FIA? How come no newer race cars? Update this game with some current race cars from all categories in GT6 please. I’m getting to the point of wanting to sell my PS3 and my G27. GT6 is the only game I play now. I love racing, but we need something awesome to keep most if us playing.
I already own a PS4 and Project Cars, like that game is loads of fun with the problems it still has.
Please to PD and Kaz, update a slowly dying game. Nothing or no news is a bummer. :(
I know what you’re talking about man…
…but i have to keep smiling and telling myself
that it’s because they’re working hard on the most perfect Gran Turismo game ever… #7
I was shocked when alot of the new road and racing cars were not in GT6.
Ferrari F12
Alfa Romeo 4C
Aston Martin GT3
BMW M3 DTM
Audi R18 e-tron
Ford Fiesta WRC
’14 Aston Martin Vanquish
bmw i8
To name but a few. Mean while Forza 5 & 6 are walking all over GT6. Disappointing 15th anniversary i must say.
What d’you know… drifting at Midfield was harder then expected…
Very interesting selection of tracks. Nice to see midfield and SSR7 being used.
That photo has so much character to me
I wasn’t sure if it was the game at first had to stare at the smoke coming into contact with the floor. I’m itching to see what PD reveal in Paris, too quiet on their front concerning GT in total.
