A new Community Event is available in Project CARS from Friday 26th June 2015, featuring the open desert backdrop of the Dubai Autodrome’s International Circuit.
Sony have announced that the Playstation Plus Edition of Driveclub will be released on June 25th. The ‘lite’ version of Driveclub will be free to all Playstation Plus members, however Sony have also stated that while off-line play will be available for all, on-line play will be rolled out gradually.
SMS have released details of the upcoming patch 2.0 for Project CARS, and it covers a wide range of areas, many of which have been discussed already in our Project Cars Forum. The patch will be for the PC, PS4 and XBox One.
Developer Milestone have released some details of the upcoming rally title Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo, along with ‘Work In Progress’ footage. Claiming that you will be able to “play as Sebastien Loeb and live the best moments of his career” across 300 kilometers of road, spanning 8 different rally tracks, 5 rallycross tracks, and even the Pikes Peak Hill Climb course.
The much anticipated 1.4 patch for Project CARS is now rolling out, with the PC and PS4 versions already available, no word yet on when the XBox One version will be released. Andy Garton, SMS Development Director, confirmed the PS4 version, saying “The PS4 patch is now ready and will be released asap today.”
Driveclub Game Director Paul Rustchynsky has been busy on Twitter over the last few days, dropping hints about “More surprises” coming in June and then confirming that “A certain Japanese car Manufacturer is coming to”!
