After a delay of nearly three weeks, Kunos finally allowed us to put our grubby mitts on the latest Early Access release of Assetto Corsa Competizione! With the addition of not one, but TWO Nissan GT-R GT3s, it’s fair to say I’ve been looking forward to it.
Earlier today, we got our first good look at the Nissan GT-R GT3 coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione. As it turns out, it was the briefest of teasers, as the update has finally taken form and arrived to the Steam Early Access title.
It’s quite amazing how fast the sim racing landscape has changed. In recent years, there has been a big shift in the PC sim racing community towards more licensed content. The shift has been so dramatic that even a title built for modding, rFactor 2, has had to move towards licensed content to survive. This never used to be the case.
Another month and Kunos has released another Assetto Corsa Competizione update. The January update brought us laser scanned Zolder, along with the fan favourite Emil Frey Jaguar G3.
Last week, we got our first look at the stunning new screenshots of Circuit Zolder coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione, and today it arrives as a free update for everyone with Steam Early Access to the title.
Assetto Corsa Competizione is set for its fifth major update release next week. With it comes a new car and track combination, as well as new features.

Everything it has released has been of a quality you’d expect from a game developer. I could make an argument for some of its mods being better than official Assetto Corsa content.
Man, time flies when you’re having fun doesn’t it? The good news is we’re approaching the halfway point of the month, which means an update for Assetto Corsa Competizione is due.
Has it been a month already? With Thanksgiving and Black Friday inching ever closer, our calendars say yes, which means the third major content update for Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Assetto Corsa Competizione hit Steam Early Access on September 12. Now a little more than a month later, Kunos Simulazioni is breaking down some of the week one gameplay numbers for us. The results are rather surprising.
The first major update to the Early Access version of Assetto Corsa Competizione (v0.2) is live. Drivers will find a new car and track to master, as well as an introduction to VR.
The day has come at last: Assetto Corsa Competizione has entered Steam Early Access. ACC is the next evolution of the acclaimed sim racing franchise — just don’t call it a sequel.
The date is finally set. Assetto Corsa Competizione enters Steam Early Access on September 12. The news came courtesy of Kunos Simulazioni’s Marco Massarutto at last weekend’s Total 24 Hours of Spa endurance race. As the official game of the Blancpain GT Series, what better time to make the grand announcement?
