With just a few weeks left until the release of Forza Horizon 4, Turn 10 has officially announced the new open-world racer has gone gold. This means that final preparations are underway ahead of retail release.

It hasn’t even released yet, but we now know more details on the first DLC for Forza Horizon 4. Dubbed the Formula Drift Car Pack, it’ll arrive alongside the game on October 2.

Someone at Microsoft made a bit of a mistake this weekend when the Forza Horizon 4 pre-load appeared over three months early. Players were able to download what seems like an early, incomplete version of the game, and data miners have had a field day.
