A new special Bounty Hunter challenge is available for players in Forza Motorsport 7. Hot on the heels of the May IndyCar update, Turn 10 has announced the event to celebrate the upcoming Indianapolis 500.
Announced on the official site, players will be taking on ten IndyCar drivers and team owners on the Indianapolis oval.
2017 champion Josef Newgarden, a familiar name from previous Bounty Hunters, returns alongside James Hinchcliffe and Conor Daly. All three were targets for the FM7 community in a similar event last year alongside Robert Wickens.
Joining them for this year’s event are 2016 champion Simon Pagenaud, Spencer Pigot, Santino Ferrucci, Colton Herta, Jack Harvey and Harding-Steinbrenner Racing owner George Michael Steinbrenner IV.
Players can choose one of the four Dallara IR-18 IndyCars to set their best time. There are also prize cars and credit rewards available to those that can beat each driver’s final time.

At time of writing, only Jack Harvey has set a benchmark time, sitting at 39.963 seconds. The previous IndyCar Bounty Hunter saw Newgarden as the fastest driver against the community, and he qualified behind his team-mate Paganaud for last year’s Indy 500.
