This was funny!!. Here’s my recipe ;)
Eifel-Starlet Glanza V
Matterhorn-Golf gti MkI (almost got it), Golf gti MkIV (failed), Corvette C7 Stingray (Yay)
Indy-Calsonic Skyline ’00
Awesome prize cars too!. Allways wanted the new remodeled XJ220 LM race car
Eifel – Acura RSX Type S
Matterhorn – Honda Dualnote (from previous event)
Indy – Alpine VGT
Attempts:
1, 1, and 1.
The Eifel track is very fun. The best made so far for the Seasonal Events.
Fun to race!
Did the Eifel race with the Mazda Roadster RS (NC) 07 and it was really easy.
The Matterhorn race with the Shelby Series One Super Charged 03.
And the Indy with the Audi R18 TDI Concept 08, this was real fun and a bit of a challenge for me.
also good price money and nice cars to win
Enjoyed these.
Alfa MiTo for the Eifel track, Subaru S206 for the mountains, and GTR Concept LM for around Indy. Done and dusted.
This was a good Seasonal batch… Eiffel took some getting used to, but the ’01 Golf with weight reductions did the trick. I used a Ferrari 599 with short gears and detuned by around 50% in the Alps, and the Alpine VGT Racecar will carry me to victory once I get my act together on the Indy circuit (I rarely race there, so I am out of practice on braking points, etc.).
Indy race was pretty nasty. Couldnt do it with GT3 GTR. Used the BMW V12 LMR.
Matterhorn race wasn’t very good either, showed off how poor the AI was. They kept slamming into me and pushing me into the grass.
Eifel race wasn’t bad but it was too easy. Wish they had more cars in the field. Now this would have been a race where they should have started them off with a lead.
This race at Matterhorn Dristelen is strange…I tried and tried and I did not manage to win.
M5 did the job!!!
3 Brilliant races and 3 good prize cars.. more of this please PD.
Off topic: do you think PD’ll drop the Bugatti in time for Christmas?
And on the subject of Christmas, I’m already keen to hear that special GT Christmas music again this year when I log in on Christmas Day :)
If you check the VGT dealership you won’t find bugatti anymore, i heard it was moved to GTS.
I don’t think the Bugatti was actually ever in there. I’ll love to know if that was actually ever the case.
[insert hipster meme]
I do wonder why I always wind up beating these the moment they come out.
Decent cars finally, the last selection of them haven’t really been good, I want to see how the old Ford GT Concept is like..
