A new episode of Forza Horizon 5 Let’s Go is due to broadcast this Monday, February 28, bringing all the details of the upcoming Series 5 and the “Horizon Rush Takeover”.
The stream, which gets underway at 1800 UTC will reveal what players can expect over the next four weeks, once S5 itself starts on March 3.
As players will note from the in-game “Coming Soon” tab — as well as the choice of image for the stream — this Series is all about Horizon Rush. That’s the festival hub dedicated to stunts, including Speed Traps, Speed Zones, Drift Zones, Danger Signs, and the new Trailblazer.
It’s not immediately clear what this will entail, but new PR Stunts, a “World Makeover” including party decorations, and a “World Event Stunt Park” are all included in the in-game teaser. We’re not sure what that involves, but it could hint at another update to the stadium location after the S2 ice rink.
There’s also set to be new cars across the Series too, with new reward cars and new Car Pass vehicles. We’ve had the identity of two of those teased in the form of Wordle-style puzzles recently.
As Playground Games is also working through the list of identified bugs and glitches, we’re also expecting a bundle of changes to come in the S5 update — which will likely land just after the stream or on Tuesday, March 1.
That should include a fix for the Series 1 and Series 2 playlists which players could not complete, as announced with last month’s stream, among others.
In addition to the Let’s Go stream itself, there’ll also be a Forza Monthly episode an hour beforehand, with its usual mix of FH4 and FH5 news and other Forza community updates. You can catch this either on the official YouTube or Twitch channels.
