Just as described, stable and fast. I ran these settings on the Base Model at 650PP (after first tuning it how you described, then turning down the power and up the transmission a tad to get 650) and it was actually 0.8 seconds faster around Trial Mountain than the tune I had been using on it at 700PP. That's really significant! It was also a bit less squirrelly. I really liked my old tune, but this one is apparently even better.
On a side note, the Base Model IS exactly the same as the Pikes Peak version (at least that I can tell. Same stats all around) so this tune is transferable. Also, I ran this tune (as I do all of mine) without any Traction Control and it was just fine.
I might have also upped the brakes a tiny bit, with slight front bias, just personal preference.
