Various fixes and updates for all of Tommy78's brilliant DTM cars.

Installation:
Manually copy the contents into your AC folder, overwrite files when asked.
Disclaimer: Most of the cars run just fine without any of these "fixes", and I have changed things in a way that works well for my setup and my hands. You may not like the changes, so be careful to backup your original files before installing.
Will obviously break online compatibility.
Also, the cars might very well be unbalanced.
If these fixes help people enjoy the cars even more, I will see to it that the ATCC, BTCC and Gr.A cars get the same treatment.
