Ok I found out why some people are only getting 291hp @ 500pp.
The reason for this is because in this tune you have listed a flat floor as one of the mods. This increases the PP by 26 and if you do exactly as the author says EXCEPT the flat floor you will end up with 500PP 345hp 345lb-ft as listed. Great tune thanks!

Good tune but its strange for 500 pp i've only got 291 hp.....

I'm not sure what's the problem there. a friend checked the parts for me and the listed parts are correct.
