Little Tujunga Loop V 2.30

This update was purely aesthetic.

I moved the connector road closer to the main pass. Adds a nice rock-wall effect to some sections and the extra trees never hurt.

As of this update, the course has been converted from Point-to-Point to Circuit.

The simple reason being to facilitate starting a run from either end of the main pass and also to just start over from the top and still have warm, but not shredded, tires.

Added scenery.
