This isn't a direct replica of the GT Academy March Stock Cars, but a more potent variant of the same package.
Power comes from a tuned variant of the stock engine, without turbos or superchargers (It's Naturally-Aspirated or as some call it "All-Motor"). Producing 141hp it doesn't seem much, but weighing only 723kg it has plenty of acceleration. To keep the car sounding normal, the stock exhaust is used (though the exhaust manifold was upgraded to a Isometric layout). It is running on a stock gearbox, but uses a Triple-Clutch kit for quick response and improved acceleration over the stock clutch.
It was made to feel like a Dirt track SuperStock racer on the pavement, making it a fun car to drive. Using Comfort-Soft tires up front and Comfort-Medium tires on the back, combined with a soft front and stiff rear, this car feels very nimble for a FF car (feels almost like a FR). However, letting off the throttle too much while cornering will cause the car to oversteer.
Capable of laptimes on the Twin Ring Motegi Superspeedway in under 48 seconds, this March SuperStock is easy to drive and provides a good setup point for those interested in SuperStock racing in FF cars.
