This is a circuit that traces streets I'm familiar with in West Covina, CA. The video displays what streets are being used throughout the lap. The drops under the freeway are non-existent, but the rest of the course would be flat either way, disregarding dips at intersections of course. The name comes from the hospital that would lie to the left of the main straight.
