This is a mod based on Blaze's wonderfull Saab 9-3 Turbo X (found here).
Can be installed via drag&drop in CM.
It installs as a separate child of the above mentioned car (does not overwrite the original).

- added skins
- raised suspension somewhat so the wheels no longer hit the chassis when steering!
- bit of increase in torque , turbo & power
- allow higher rpm (up to 7000, and engine takes damage as of 6800rpm)
- brake lights fixed (thx norms !)
