Varano RainFx config v0.8

A quick, but fairly complete RainFx config. I affected most of the horizontal surfaces, but didn't bother with concrete barriers, signs, etc. I used to go to great lengths to work on almost every visible asset on a track, but I stopped believing it was worth it.

I also never figured out how to create stream edge features.

Installation:
Paste and overwrite the existing varano.ini config in: assetto corsa>extension>config>tracks>loaded.
