Wiener Höhenstraße Part 1 1.0

This is the hopeless attempt to bring a road into GT&, which in reality is very hilly and going up into the dense woods surrounding Vienna. But since we are restricted to Eifel Flat and 10 km maximum track lenght, the only thing that is correct is the line of the road and the outline of curves. All the rest doesn't even comee close to what the real thing is!
Too many restrictions in TPE!
That's also why this is only part 1, part 2 may follow (if I am in a good mood). The whole track may be lose to 20. km.
