If we make the calculations, it's 0.16 (chance of hit) times 0.2 (chance of doing the critical hit) times.. uhh, something (0.21 - (Berserker's level divided by 100), this is probably 0.05) which triggers the Devil Axe's self hit rate.. My calculator says it's got a 0.16% chance of this happening.
