Quick note: Richter is my favorite Belmont, behind Julius and Simon himself. Something about him giving the finger on his original box art, I guess, and the fact he's one of the most martially skilled among his clan. I'm totally okay he's an Echo, since I'm unsure how to add other Belmonts if not.
