For those of you who are multi-lingual, the name should be pretty clear - for the rest of you, Betrüger means either trickster or deceiver. It's been named like this because some of the corner combinations can be incredibly difficult, compared to how they look on the map and on approach.
The back straight with the left sweeper is intended as relief at the end of the lap, with a hairpin to clear your mind as you approach the start line and have to do it all over again.
