Very nice, although I never thought you would be into drifting...

Learn something new every day. And what exactly is DeviantArt?

You. Can't. Be. Serious. x2

1: Been into drifting since before I got my PSone. I just didn't know it. I used to do controlled powerslides in a Stingray on my friend's copy of GT1 at trial mountain in arcade mode.

2: Artistic community. Awesome place. 👍

I don't spend too much time in the GT forums- I have xbox.

and those Stingrays have crazy handling- I just CAN'T race in them. It's like physically impossible for me. In every single game I've ever played too- they seem to have gotten it bang on.

And does anyone have any good Angelina Jolie or Marilyn Manson wallpapers?

Looks more like the Homer from this episode.

Carl: Hey, don't yell at Homer. Just 'cause he's a little slow...

Homer: [gasps] [thinks] Something was said...not good. What was it?
"Don't yell at Homer!" No, that's OK. What was it? ...Slow!
They called you slow!
[stands up, yells] How dare you call me that! I -- huh?

[Lenny walks into empty kitchen wearing night cap]

Lenny: [opens fridge] Hey, Homer, you still here? Boy, you are slow.
Homer: [thinks] Something said...not good....
Lenny: Get the hell out of here!

Out of curiosity, Solid Lifters, do you have a visual impairment of some kind? 640*480 with the large font makes me wonder.

Of sorts. My eyes aren't what they used to be. I wear glasses now, not out of choice. But, that ain't the sole reason for the large images.

I don't have a monitor. I use my HDTV set. My computer is connected to it via a S-Video connection which is just 480i. The images, and especially the text, are very blury and small.

What's worse, I like to watch TV, no big shock, while I'm on the computer using the POP (Picture Opposite Picture) feature of my HDTV set. That means two screens appear on my set to view at the same time and I can adjust the size of the screens. So, the screen is very small to begin with.

Plus, my HDTV set is about 8 feet away. So, with all that against me, a very large text size is needed. You'll be surprised how small some text really is when on a TV set for a monitor.

My next PC will have 1080i or 720p HDTV out, that's for sure.

At first I pictured you crouching in front of the screen with coke bottle glasses :D but that's not the case then..

I sometimes watch movies on the computer @ the TV and at 1280px it's practically impossible to read anything on a 24" standard TV so I see why you do that.

If i recall it right the Amiga 500 had a standard resolution of 320 x 200 and still the text could be blurry sometimes.
