When a Dodge Viper's highly tuned engine wouldn't start while preparing for it's first run, the team's parts van took the win for the day as it drove over to the Viper to deliver the replacement parts. This was the slowest top speed since 1905 that a vehicle has run to win the event, at an aerodynamically limited 7.362 MPH."
