Am still here Viper,and am still trying to break that 300.69 mph of yours.It's all in knowing the right gear ratios and when to push the nitrous as vipers have a small tank (50).

My max non nitrous speed is 260 on the fifth gear.I made the sixth gear for nitrous only.I just got 300.43 tonight but it's not worth putting up.
Lol...i'm only .26 MPH away but it still seems so far :indiff:

Hopefully i'll get there sooner or later..
 
ohh yeah...sorry lol,i just spent the whole day running that max speed test and with all those sector times and calculations i got confused lol.

Atleast I can still spell seconds right lol,who knows it could've been worse
 
Well, here it is - I didn't change my settings, I just repeated the run a few times. This just feels so good at high speeds, especially when they're higher than anyone elses :) :sly:

I really don't know what kind of magic you guys use.. I just can not push my cars faster as easily as you guys do.. I think I shall keep a vacation from this chase..

Still attempting to brake your record viper.Anyways I wanna ask something.when someone breaks the 350 mph barrier i know you should support your claim with video evidence of the replay.

My question is what angle should be used during the replay,i know it should be the "display" replay..so that you can monitor the speed,but should it be first/third person or the normal camera angles.

I have indeed checked the setup. The car is stable throughout, there's no way it's ever going to wheelie with those settings. Congratulations on getting into the top ten!

Wait, so if I pm you my GT1 setting and it DOESNT wheelie for you, then my speed is legit? Why didntzi think of this before!:)
 
I'm not giving up, DE. I'm just taking some breath.. and I need to buy new cars, most of my record cars has covered over 800 miles and have permanent power losses due continuous redlining..:guilty:

I guess I have to run it again but I doubt that I can make that again - I tuned the settings back to race mode because I did an endurance later that day! And guess what, I dont keep record of final drive ratio, etc....lesson learned the hard way. Only if GTPlanet had a crying emoticon...

I think that DE will be slightly stunned from the speed I achieved. and all he did was give me one tip.. :crazy: but, i did some more alterations too.. and I hit on wall on that run. :indiff: the car just doesn't turn in the bend when it reaches 250mph..gotta do some work on LSD again..💡

Differential matters too? :scared: I never knew that!

Anything under 350mph can be proved with simply a photo, infinite.
 
yeah, differentials help the car to turn slightly more. and I believe that little more adjustments will deliver me 312 mph, I'm only 0.04 mph from it at the moment.. :scared:

edit: why doesn't it turn after 250 mph..??!! WHY?! :banghead: I'll keep fiddling with LSD and suspension..

Although, right enough, I'm on the stock differential... My faith in the ATTESA-ETS was such that I never changed it. That's my next thing to do, then!

Can I just say, as regards me testing settings myself, I don't like it as a method of proof. I know it sometimes works, but it will not always give entirely accurate results. Another thing is, I don't have a new GT-One, and can't afford to get one at the moment. If, for example, the speed I get with your settings is a couple of mph below yours, then it would seem prudent to accept your speed - but if we're going really high-level, your screenshot may have been a wheelie to gain you that couple of mph. Do you see what I mean?
I can't accept a lot of speeds verified by myself like that. Videos remain the only common accepted form of 350mph+ proof, sorry. I might make exceptions here and there, but at the moment that is restricted to speeds that are guaranteed to take the World Record.

Thats the good thing thing about AR MAX. You can transfer games saves and give yourself the money to buy whatever you need. I have to main game saves I use. One is my stock gamesave with all of my regular racecars that are not for top speed. My other one is a complete game save with ALL 723 cars at 0 MILES. So I can get any "used" car with 0 miles on it. It was the best investment I ever made:tup:
