Very very close times : gold/silver cut-off for div 1 had to be rounded to the nearest 0.100, and we have 5 gold times in div 2. Congrats to all the racers, and to all of you who raced again to shave the final tenth that made the difference. 👍 👍 👍
And congrats to both racers coming back to the WRS who just won their division :bowdown:

What a shocker! Wasn't expecting the division win this week because truth be told the first half of my lap was pretty average, but I did have a very good final sector (which I could never quite replicate...)

Quite pleased with a solid silver performance in my first race. Filizola you just pipped me by 4 tenths after you noticing how close our time's were.

I obviously have some work to do to move up the division as I'm sure I was pretty much as fast as I could be round there. Be interesting to have a look at the gold replay's posted here to see if I can keep up with them and notice where the time was gained...

On to front wheel drive... I don't do a lot of front wheel drive in the game so it'll be interesting - especially as we can play a bit with the setup.

Here is my drifting replay (should be...I only have 2 autumn ring replays [GTPDC4 and this]). YES it is dirty, don't try to put me on the blacklist

. Just something to watch if you get really bored one day and feel like watching a black piece-of-crap corvette produce a snail's pace lap while making the tire companies happy.
Not my best lap...only 10 minutes worth of practice, but has some nice drifts in it.

Well, I totally missed the deadline for this one -- realized it last night at about 9PM -- four hours late... Not that I'd have won anything -- last place in Div. 2 is where I'd have been... Was busy working on my Ford Galaxie -- got a car show in 3 weeks, and I'm trying to get her ready for that...

I'll give Week 58 a shot, but probably won't be spending a heck of a lot of time on it -- hopefully I won't miss the deadline this time, though!

Thanks to SuperT for checking my lap and giving it the 👍

I also looked at holl01's lap which is clean.

I did have to take a very close look at the few metres just before T2 because you used a piece of tarmac which I never even realised was there! (not that it would have made a lot of difference to my time of course :ill:

)

My piece of 🤬 max drive has corrupted the contents of my entire memory card. So all my GT4 replays and game save data along with a load of other game saves is gone never to be seen again. :mad:

I therefore can't prove this weeks time anymore, so i guess i'll have to take a DQ.

Yeah, i might pm him and see what he says. I'm not sure there's a solution for getting back the corrupted files. Although i'll be pleased if there is. Maybe it's just a solution for it not happening again like saving a backup file on the PC as Cyril advised. Although that still wouldn't have helped for this weeks replay.

I had the same problem and lost a 70% complete game from my 2nd memory card. Plus everything else that was on there (San Andreas with only a few missions left in Las Venturas!!!)

So if there are any recovery method's I too will be please but that memory card is now totally useless. Can't even put new saves on it.

Hope it doesn't happen again!

I have a corrupted part on my first memcard too, and I found no way to recover it. But I'm regularly exporting my game saves on my PC, so I have about 25 Mb of saves from all games I've already played.
