Hey mate. That Audi TT shot is great! It has some real nice color to it and the blur is great. Sometimes the rims are a troubled spot on those types of photos and this one come out great. The natural blur is great also. The only thing I would suggest would be the slightest increase in contrast, but thats just nit-picking :D. Great work 👍

Don't let be catched by the dark side of the photography!!!:lol:

The first step has be done, now take toons of photos with different angles, speeds, colours... And welcome to the photograph!!

The two photo shop shots you did is magnificent! The headlight glare makes the shot look very suave. The car looks very very clean. Also the brightness correction is spot on. It's not too bright and not too dark as well. Same goes for the Audi shot. The blurring looks great! The body of the car is very clean as well as the blurring of the wheel. Like the Civic shot, the brightness adjustment was done just right, not too bright and not too dark. Suave work man :)

Well thank you very much.
Some of you made really kind comments regarding my work and I'm very happy to see you all enjoyed my efforts.
It's very rewarding to see that you all appreciate the pictures I produce.

Also, very interesting work with that Impreza shot NTX. Looks great. 👍
Same for you fallenangel... Although the shot is tampered with in a more traditional way, I love the frame you used for the shot. Very nice indeed (to both of you). 👍

On a lighter note... (and remember guys, please don't take that last post the wrong way)

ZZII @ Fugi (High Speed Straight and The Mountain)

Shelby Cobra @ Laguna Seca (All Over The Place)

ZZ Pics were edited for brightness and contrast, Cobra pics were untouched.

i love the lighting on the red civic type r. makes it look like it's displayed on a dealership inside. love the colors too. same with the impreza. well done kent. sorry havent been around here much. i'll try and change that. and keep on pushing the envelope.

Great shots, but I think you are going to easy on the editing. I wouldn't have been able to tell you did contrast and brightening to those shot unless you told me. A little saturation also helps, like so: (saturation was very subtle, the car started turning yellow.)

I must say though, I think when you take the shots, you have to keep in mind that you will be editing it, because from my experience, if I made it to be good from gt4 instead of leaving room for editing, I could never edit it much. For example, your shot, as soon as I started putting up the saturation, the car started changing to a sort of yellowish color. In gt4 then, I would have tinted the pic a little blue to counter the effect, if you can get an idea of what I mean.

But nonetheless, keep trying!

Hey there Kent. This latest update is very well executed. I really love the Cobra in general. You made it look very good. The first three shots are exquisite. I love the angle in the 2nd and 3rd shots. I like how it shows the right quarter panel and the side pipes. Another great addition is the fact that you can see the tread on the tire. Overall a nice and well composed update 👍. I sure hope you don't mind if I tweak one of those Cobra shots .

Perfect Balance,
You make sense perfectly. ;)
I've considered pre-PS measures but never implamented them because I wasn't sure exactly how things would work out.
That said, you definately brought the life of the picture back. 👍
Your work was much closer (still not there) to the original... I swear I could read brembo on the brakes.
Any way, thanks for the advice, short, simple, sweet advice. :sly:

Streetz,
Of course I don't mind you messing with the pictures. Seeing people do photowork on my pictures makes me want to take more.

So, now for a picture...
Last session, mid-drift... Very low speed shutter, didn't get the wheel right... About as abstract as I'm going to get with this stuff. ;)

(no photoshop)

That is a nice shot, it isn't as jaggy as I would suspect. That can be cleaned up into a fabulous shot. Here is one of your Cobra shots tweaked just a tad.

My first time here, nice overall shots Kent 👍

I always like shots where people try to get results as good as possible with as little use of other programs as possible 👍

Would you haven't added the "cartoonish effect", this picture could be coming straight out of a car magazine 👍 But then again, it's nice to see people playing around with Photoshop or something, eventually, that's how we all got started 👍

Anyway, if you have time, come and take a look at my gallery. I know you like Supras, I got loads of 'em
