I'm not sure how the program you use is configured, but some of your shots could use some more contrasting. The angles and feel is great though I can see what you were going for in that last update. 👍

Here ya go, do you think this is better? :)

Great, I was going for a moody photo there. I think the colours came out much better this time, I thought making it too dark would destroy the surrounding detail but I think that may be a good thing. :)

The feel and angles are great, but the first can use a bit more contrast and a bit less brightness, and the second pic can stand to be a bit brighter. All IMO but none the less you got very nice pictures there. 👍

Yeah I agree with you on the contrast of that first pic, it was hard to get right. The second pic - I did brighten it a bit at first, but it destroyed the mood, so I darkened it again. :)
Thanks for the comments!

Copo - Cheers man! 👍

Next update:

I did a few shots inspired by Observer's first video, drifting in my RX7. :)

Maybe its the fact that I have a serious soft spot for RX-7s, but I think thats your best shot. With a great balance of brightness and contrast and a slight expression of attitude, the only thing that gets to me is that the drift seems to have no particular target, it seems more like the car is just loosing control rather then balancing on the edge of grip and angle. Never the less great shot IMO.:)👍

Cool thanks.

Nah, I knew people would think that - I'll be the first to admit I'm not a good drifter, infact I'm only really just starting to learn - but I was actually drifting there (on El-Capitan no less :)). I have a few more shots from the same run, I'll post them up once I've had time to edit them. 👍

i like the second pic. it's really intriguing in a way, but i like how it's black and white. very blair witch if you know what i mean, and in a good way.

Another two shots from the same run (also, I will get round to linking all images in the first post eventually).
In the first one the cliff wall background came out really badly - hence why it's cropped.

wow so many GT Spoilers.. i like the choice of a spoiler on a black Elise, I did the same :), with black rims too..

More or your pics should be like the Pescarolo, good contrast.. having mentioned this, your Trial Celica and RGT for example, needs a bit of contrast..I don't see anything appealing, its like Dull.. or maybe it was one of those old shots you said...i dont know by they need something to bring it to life.

the Rx-7's drifting... um. I have no clue if you used E-brake or used a shutter speed too quick, it doesn't look like its in motion... you can fix it up with radial Blur, but im sure you know that...

1st Mobil1 NSX is pretty nice.. the rest have too much of the background showing, it draws the viewer's attention away from the subject (the car)...

the birds eye view of the 111R, again bump the contrast up to define the blacks and whites more, so it looks sharper and less greyer, thus becomes a bit less boring.. Or you can set some moody tone to it if you messed with the color balance with that hazy gray overhead.. i see many good outcomes with that one pic, Keep Snapping that Camera :)

The second batch of RX-7s look great. 👍
the shot of the Elise is great as well, maybe a bit too centered for my taste, but great work non the less. 👍 keep it up.
