Sorry mate, but the car does not stay "well" in there. The background job is well made, thats for sure, but the car...
Don´t let yourself down C_F, I´m sure you can make the next update a great looking one 👍
Thanks for commenting, I usually don't do these kind of angled speed blurs, should probably look at a tutorial for it. I found this picture while looking for cars inside a tunnel (for PMC 160) but the way the picture was taken in game didn't work well with PMC rules (high shutter speed, high aperture.) I was pleased with the background too, especially in regards to the light coming in the tunnel.
You made the same mistake I’ve made some time ago, blurring the car shadow. You could have drowned a new shadow (by burning) or put the shadow to a new layer and blurring the road without the shadow. Because it looks like it is floating. Other than that, I think it is very good.
Yeah that must've been what I did wrong, I definitely felt the car wasn't connected to the ground (and like mentioned above, I don't often do these kind of shots.) My Viper at Grand Valley Speedway (CCCL 2.0 winner) had this same problem but the blur was more subtle. Thanks for commenting.
It's got a nice bluey tint to it...
Which is a significant amount of color compared to the last two pics
