I've got the perfect idea for Gran Turismo 4!
Be able to paint your vehicles.
Be able to get body kits on all vehicles.
Be able to get hydraulics on all vehicles.
Change the size of rims on all vehicles, also have a wider selection of rims.
Neon lights under you vehicles would really be great!
Way over 1,000 vehicles.
Cockpit view on all vehicles.
I use the term 'vehicles' because I believe there shouldn't be just cars. I mean some of us may want some trucks and suvs in this game too. I will list the models later on in my post.
When you buy tires, for example dirt tires, you should have different sizes. Sizes should range as big as monster trucks use, but limit this luxury to only suvs and trucks.
I bet if this game had some nitrous oxide in it, the game would be sold out every time you go to the store to find the game.
When you enter the pits, actually show the pit crew working on your car, changing tires, etc.
Be able to get nascar race cars.
Still keep the F-1 cars from GT3, but add on a little bit more.
Im still working on my ultimate car list, no joking it WILL be, THE ULTIMATE CAR LIST.
If you have any IDEAS, not CARS, please send me them at JayDeeAF23@aol.com I would love to hear your ideas. Also send me e-mail letting me know what you think of my ideas I have listed above.

hey np, welcome to gtplanet. yes you are right, these things would be extremely easy to implement (nos etc) since they require virtually no programming skill (when compared to real car physics)...Originally posted by JayDeeAF23
Nightmage82, thanks for your support on my ideas actually i think we could do away with the nitrous it is a little 'cheaty'. 240sxtypeX, I am real about my ideas. No, I understand this isn't Midnight Club II, you know what, this game would out sell any other car game out there if it had all of this stuff in it. If this game were out, could you think of any other car game that has this much stuff in it? Or should I say, this much thought put into it? Plus, this would be 10x greater then the greatest racing simulator ever to come out. Diego440, I guess you just wont buy the game then huh? The Vanishing Boy, nice car list! VIPERGTSR01, no it's not a joke.

If i read one more reply about monster trucks, suvs, nos, hydraulics, and that crap i'm gonna hit my head against a wall, like this . If it werent for that stupid fasf and furious movie you people wouldnt know a car from a lawn mower. this is GRAN TURISMO, LEMANS STYLE RACING!. The day I see a pro race car on a circuit track with nitros, hydraulics and and those 🤬 neon lights pigs will fly, I will hopefully get struck by lightning and hell will freaze over. GET OUT OF THIS FORUM, go and play midinght club with your bald headed budy who highjakcs 18 wheelers and drives a charger that can pull a wheely and burn out at the same time, (which is impossible).
have a nice day.👍
two points, firstly i live close to a bristol garage (nothing glamorous) but i do see a bristol every now and then. so i _may_ see a fighter some time, who knows don't be so presumptuous heh.Originally posted by mackie
In the article in Evo they had a whole bunch of cars at Millbrook all being photographed and recorded. Not sure if all will make it into the game though.
I'd really like to see more brit cars, namely more TVRs (Cerbera 4.5, Tamora, T350C, T440R etc) and the Bristol Fighter (a gentlemans express, 525bhp Viper V10, 210mph, hand built, you'll never see one. ever.), various Lutos 7 replicas (Caterham, Westfield, custom jobs - like the guy from Evo -) with V8s and bike engines (these thing has fearsome power to weight ratios), maybe older cars like the Jag XJS V12, E-Type, older racing Jags and possibly even the Rover SD1 race car/ SD1 Vittesse. I expect there will be MGs in the game since some of the screen shot's i've seen have featured logos and model names on the track furniture. The MG ZT XPower 500 saloon work be a nice addition, I'd like to give an M5 a good run for it's money.

as for the rest, i wish gt4 would have more older cars in general, new cars are all well and good but i love the kind of cars we had between the 70's and 2000, mainly 90's... not necessarily classics but bmw e34 m5, alpina b3 switchtronic, the older sl 600, etc.
good post
i live in ealing, london, england. i live fairly close to the great west road which is originally the M4 before it gets deep into london. if ur going into london, go past the porsche showroom, make a U turn on the next big roundabout u see and come back up that road, 200m after that roundabout is the bristol garage. looks like a really run down place. but then so does the rolls royce one in acton. The building looks old and then u have several million £££'s worth of cars in the forecourt including lambos and ferraris heheOriginally posted by mackie
Heh, where do you live then? I was just stating their rarity
