Just so you know, this post is to help increase traffic into the photomode threads. We are a little low on voting and participation, so come join us! Read!

Perhaps you know about the Photomode Competitions over in the Photomode pages, but in case you did not, and you are interested in GT4's fun and fantastic photomode, than maybe you should head over to the Photomode Competitions. There are many competitions to join in on, from Heavy Photoshop usage, to strict, stock photo restrictions. There is also a Rally Competition, an Advanced 2.0 Competition, and a Manufacturers Competition. And now there is a New competition called the 'Polyphony Digital GT4 Tournament.' It matches you up with random participants of the same restriction prefferance. You go Head to Head with one other person, and you are given a theme to follow. Than your photo is matched up with your competitor's in a poll. Whomever wins the poll will advance on to the next round against another winner from other matches.

Sound like Fun? It's a blast and we are looking for more participants to make it even more fun. Here is a link to the photomode page where you can find details on the PD Tournament, as well as many other competitions. You can also vote in competitions that are already in progress.

No. The reason he put it here (I believe) is that we don't get a whole lot of traffic in the Photomode Competiitons forum. It's slow enough in the Photomode section as it is, but the Competiiton section is a sub-section within THAT sub-section. So it doesn't get a whole lot of people through here. I guess he just would like to see more of the traffic float through so he posted this here to attract more attention. Since there are always 400+ people viewing the GT4 section at all times and we only have about 60 votes on this weeks competition, that's not much traffic in there. He's just trying to increase it is all...

Thank you very much! Your contributions will help determine GT4 history as we know it! Well, not really, but it will help determine the winner! Have a nice day! :) :) :)

i would vote if they didnt put like 500 pics in there to look at, too many.. lol

That has been revised! Starting in the next poll, there will only be 20 photos to pick from, so it should make it a little easier to cast your vote. So make sure you come vote next week!:)

Is it the 1st 20 photos to enter?

Nope, AFAIK the person who originally picked the theme will pick the top 20 that he feels best.
(IMO, that is a good idea because the person that came up with the theme can pic the ones that best represent it, if he/she so chooses.)

If he/she doesn't or can't in a reasonable amount of time, then Slick will do it.
