Ok, yesterday I went to Goodwood again to a track meet. My other visit is in another thread HERE.

Here are some photo's and videos of the cars I saw:

The Ferrari 575:

Sorry, no videos this time. I must admit the car was alot quiteter than I thought it would be.

It's funny. Jaguar XJS's have a bad reliability record do they not? Well, both the the XJS's here went wrong. This is a picture of one of them overheating with smoke pouring out the back of it:

And here it is after it came into the pit:

Here is the other XJS. At the end of the day it had a brake failure, and had to be towed home!

Now, the Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 4:

And a bunch of other cars:

And the laugh of the day, this Ford Ka was on the track too.

Enjoy! :D

Cool beans G.T, I wish I lived near enough to a decent circuit. The Ford Ka and the Focus certainly looked slightly out of place on the circuit though :P .
Pity you didn't get any footage of the 575, they're one of my fav Ferraris, there's always next time though and if I'm any judge I'm sure there will be a next time...

Thanks for the good replies guys. 👍

Yep, I will go there again. Hopefully the Ferrari will be there again but I doubt it. The cars here were all different from the last time I went.

Oh I just meant that you'll almost certainly be going back to the track, not the Ferrari returning.

McLaren F1GTR
Didn't look quite as packed as the Festival of Speed.
There were no crowds at all. Of course there were a few people but you could go wherever you wanted without anyone getting in the way. I think it was so quiet because no one knew it was happening.

cool stuff, cool pictures, and the videos are good, but the vids I really wanted, the mustang, and the first one of the Catterham doesn't work... could you re-link them? I REALLY want to see the Stang (:

I got them to work. I had to upload them several times before they worked, don't ask why...

It's the track the Revival Meeting is held on. 'bout a mile from the FoS hillclimb.
