I keep telling my brother to join. I tell him "It'll make you a better driver." He claims that he doesn't have alot of time. He has time.
 
Corrrado has joined us as the 362nd registered driver, and he'll race in div 3.

Now, don't let the lap times of those drivers from either Div 1 or Div 2 fool you...our division is the MOST competitive out of all of them and everyone else knows it! ;-)

Members #363, 364 and 365 PMed my their registration time, but I can't access to my PM box anymore (consequence of the recent downtime).
Don't worry guys, you'll be added to the drivers list soon.
 
They were 4 drivers who registered recently in fact.
363th is Smallhorses, a former GT3 WRS div 1 racer, who joins us in div 2 this time.
364th, 365th and 366th racers are (in that order) Flagbiker, slikaznricer and Daigletron who will all start in div 3.

Welcome to Div. 2 sar593, now I have someone else to beat me each week :) Run every week and rack up some points , it's addictive..duh!! You wouldn't be here if you weren't an addict...right!!!
 
Thanks everyone for your warm welcome, well I'll try to run everyweek, just finished doing my lap for week 37.
I have to say that this is a great site, first the Photomode Competitions and then this, great!!!!!

When i ran my WRS qualifier i was told to run a few laps only, ie about 3. The reason was that it gives an accurate representation of how quick you are as a driver "straight out of the box".

I just saw all of this for the first time today and wanted to mention that flat-out was dead-on. 👍

At no point in any of the official qualification races that have been posted by myself, cfm, or flat-out, has there been anything saying "only do a few laps."

You all know that GT Premium members can have their name changed, but our registered drivers list has never been updated.
Here they are for the record :
  • Event Horizon > Event (Apr. 2005)
  • βlackbird > RO_JA (Jun. 2005)
  • GT_Fan2005 > Ashley. (Dec. 2005)
  • McLaren_F1GTR > *McLaren* (Dec. 2005)

For any future name change, please PM me so that I don't have to browse the GT Premium thread too often :D

BTW, I found in our list a driver who appeared twice (rickyhyp) with 2 different times. I've been PMing him to check which time is the correct one, and I've corrected my sig since we're only 370 :D now.
 
Welcome to Div.2 Dreamonu, don't think you'll have much trouble keeping up since the boss put you in Div.2. Lately I've been bringing up the rear so no worries there. Good to have ya aboard

It's great that you've done a time 👍. However, instead of posting a replay, send a PM to Flat-Out with the time you got, then he'll put you into a division. Also, this is an English speaking forum, I don't know if you wrote that because you know Flat-Out is French, but just so you know. If you don't speak English, I'm sure Flat-Out will be more then happy to get you going.

One more thing, I don't think posting replays of Qualifiers is allowed, as people can use it to see what time they need to get to get into a certain division.

I know that submitting times and replays is not allowed in this thread for obvious reasons but Cyril told me to do that because I didn't know how to send him my replay for verification :rolleyes:
So I hope that my mistake won't help anybody cheat and I ask you or anybody else how to send my replay to him :nervous:

No it's all cool mate. You just have to send him a PM and attach the replay there. To send one, find one of Flat-Out's posts (There is a few on this page), and click on the 'Send PM' thingy down the bottom of his posts.

I did this but I can't attach my replay, when I click on the attachment button on the bottom left it says "you have no attachments" and I don't see how to add a file. :guilty:
Maybe I'm not looking at the right place:confused:
 
There is no way to attach a file to a PM. I asked Zikwik to post his replay in the thread, thinking I would have time to download it and remove it from the thread before too many people could have a look at it.
But I had a long meeting tonight at work.
Zikwik, can you send it by mail to flatout(at)free.fr ?

PS: I think Flat-Out meant to say "He will race in Div3 and will probably be of some help..."... as opposed to "...He will race in Div3 and will probably by of some help....
