GTR2 "glitch?"

hiya
i was just doin a formation lap at the start of a 24 hr race and i managed to hit the safety car at the front of the pack (only the slightest of touches)
then, much to my amazement, my car spun off really fast
i did this again and my car just spins off no matter how hard i hit the pace car
has anyone else noticed this?

well what you're talking about is actually quite normal. my guess is that the programmers put it in there to ward off people trying to screw around or just idk cheat. im not sure though. it may just be some space that wasn't programmed in.

all of my cars recently went completely black. does anyone have any clues as to what i should do?

I'm guessing that as the pace car isn't really a car in the same way you and your competitors are, and that it has a specific speed and line to follow, that it is just "protecting" itself. Just don't hit it.

Have you ran the Setup program again? (Chosing one of the 32 bit options is always better than a 16 bit option)

Are you using the high resolution textures in the graphic options in game? Try ticking/unticking it.
